Mary McLoughlin

Mary McLoughlin is a doctoral student in Political Science at Syracuse University. A graduate of the University of Dayton with majors in English and Human Rights Studies, she is particularly interested in the ethics of storytelling and how language and literature are used to mobilize the voices of marginalized groups. At UD, Mary has written for FlyerNews as the opinions section editor and was a staff member on Orpheus Art and Literary Magazine. She is excited to continue exploring the ways words make meaning within this world.
