Treavor Bogard is associate professor in the Department of Teacher Education at the University of Dayton, where he teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in English education and literacy. His research interests include new literacies, identity development, and deep learning in the arts. His latest article, “‘Designerly’ Ways of Reading: Insights from Reader Response in Drama for Enriching the “A” in Language Arts”, appears in Learning Landscapes. He is co-author of studies published in the Journal of Language and Literacy Education,the Journal of the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning, Educational Technology Research and Development, and The Elementary School Journal.
